MOUTERE RANGE

Solely from grapes grown on the iconic rich Moutere clay soil. Turn around, Mount Arthur offers some breathtaking views. The Moutere soils provide water holding capacity which gives relief to the vines when sun shines year round. Resulting in wines with percing precision, high intensity and finesse.

MOUTERE

SAUVIGNON BLANC

A very tense, precise and fresh Sauvignon Blanc. High concentration and finesse, it has lovely notes of crisp Granny Smith apple, lime zest and a saline savoury finish. If this wine was a cocktail, it would be a Margarita.
